D9 400 issues
« on: October 09, 2020, 01:41:38 PM »
Thanks for letting me in!
I just made the wagster firmware on my D9 that has a mk 2 upgrade.
I made this conversion because i am facing issues with the printer, i could not home the X axis, it keept moving to the right until it crashed. it was as if the home position keept moving to the right, and i could not move it back to the left side.
I still have similar issues, but then again not exactly the same.
If i place the extruder in the left corner of the bed and turn the printer on, and then run auto level. it will start in the corner but whitout any measurements. Then move to the center, and level there, but the measurement is registered in the left corner. next position is outside the bed and then i have the crash again.
Do i have a hardware problem???

It sounds like your endstop microswitch is triggered all the time.  If you can connect it up to a PC and run a M119 command it will tell you if it's triggered or not.  Just double-check the wires to it..

Found That the extruder PCB was faulty, Way it affected the x axis i Do not know. I replace the PCB and flashen the Stock mrk 2 firmware, and now everything is fine.
Stil a shitty printer but it works :-)
